| | | Sec. 1. 33 MRSA §479-C is enacted to read: |

| | | If a property subject to a conservation easement contains a | | leasehold, a change in the boundaries of the leasehold that | | affects the conservation easement must be approved by both the | | owner of the property and the holder of the easement.__If the | | holder is the State, approval by the holder must be by private | | and special law. |
