Sec. 1. Authority to convey. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Defense,
Veterans and Emergency Management shall convey to Somerset
County, for $1, the building and surrounding lands known as the
Skowhegan armory located in Skowhegan to be used as a county
jail.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve instructs the Commissioner of Defense, Veterans
and Emergency Management to transfer the Skowhegan armory to
Somerset County for $1.
