| | | Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §13913 is enacted to read: |

| | | §13913.__Registration of surveys |

| | | Any survey performed by a licensed professional land surveyor | | must be recorded in the registry of deeds in the county in which | | the survey is conducted by the surveyor completing the survey. |

| | | This bill requires that any survey performed by a licensed | | professional land surveyor be recorded in the registry of deeds | | by the surveyor. |
|
