| | | 2. State recognition of foster care homes approved for that | | purpose by the tribe; and be it further |

| | | Sec. 2. Annual review. Resolved: That the agreement must be made | | subject to annual review by the Commissioner of Human Services | | and appropriate officials of the Passamaquoddy Tribe. |

| | | This resolve requires the Commissioner of Human Services to | | formulate agreements with the Passamaquoddy Tribe to provide | | state recognition of foster care homes approved by the tribe and | | funding for children in foster care custody of the tribe. |
