| | | Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, | | Title 36, section 578, this provides for the | | appropriation of funds to reimburse the Town | | of Wallagrass for property under the Maine | | Tree Growth Tax Law for the 1996 and 1997 | | program years. |
