| The Chief Justice of the Superior Court shall establish the |
times and places for holding court, shall schedule the business |
to be conducted and shall specify when the grand jury shall be is |
summoned. A grand jury may be specially summoned at any time by |
order of a Justice of the Superior Court. The Chief Justice of |
the Superior Court shall specially summon a grand jury upon |
receiving a petition requesting a grand jury signed by not less |
than 10% of the citizens of a county.__As used in this section, |
"citizen" means a citizen of the United States and resident of |
the county who is at least 18 years of age. |
