| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §1874, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 678, §13, is | | amended by adding at the end a new paragraph to read: |

| | | The bureau shall establish and maintain a principal | | administrative office for the waterway, which is to be located at | | Churchill Dam in T10 R12 WELS. |
|
| | | This bill requires that the principal administrative office of | | the Allagash Wilderness Waterway be established at Churchill Dam. |
