| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7105, sub-§2, as amended by PL 1993, c. 574, §10, is | | further amended to read: |

| | | 2. Fee. The fee for a special commercial shooting area | | hunting license is $17 for 1994, $18 for 1995 and $19 for 1996 | | and every year after 1996. |
|
| | | A.__The fee for a 3-day license is $9.00.__This amount must | | be credited against the yearly fee if the licensee applies | | for a special commercial shooting area hunting license in | | the same year. |
|
| | | B.__The commissioner may waive the requirement for a special | | commercial shooting area license for a person who completes | | a safe hunter course. |
|
| | | This bill establishes a reduced fee for a 3-day special | | commercial shooting area hunting license and allows the | | Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to waive the | | license requirement for a hunter who completes the safe hunter | | course. |
