| Sec. 1. Evaluation of classification for milk haulers. Resolved: That the |
| Superintendent of Insurance shall evaluate whether milk haulers |
| should be classified separately from other long-distance truckers |
| under workers' compensation classification systems. If the |
| superintendent determines that a separate classification is |
| justified, the superintendent shall require a separate |
| classification for milk haulers when reviewing workers' |
| compensation classification systems pursuant to the Maine Revised |
| Statues, Title 24-A, section 2382-B, subsection 1. |
