An Act to Promote Competition in the State's Liquor Industry

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §606, sub-§8,
as amended by PL 1997, c. 24, Pt. L,
§4, is repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill repeals the section of law that imposes pricing
limits on agency liquor stores.
