Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7076, sub-§1-A is enacted to read:

 
1-A.__Resident 65 years of age and older.__Notwithstanding
section 7457, any resident of the State who is 65 years of age or
older and possesses a valid hunting license may take an
antlerless deer during the open season on deer.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows a resident of the State who is 65 years of
age or older to lawfully take an antlerless deer during the open
season on deer.
