| | | 5.__Income adjustment for the elderly low cost drug program.__ | | Beginning October 1, 1999, the State Tax Assessor shall increase | | by 25% the income limitation for the elderly low cost drug | | program under chapter 905. |

| | | This bill increases by 25% the income eligibility limitations | | for the elderly low cost drug program. |
