| | | Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2304, sub-§5 is enacted to read: |

| | | 5.__Seating limitation.__The operator of a school bus may not | | permit more than 2 students to sit on one seat if the students | | are in 6th grade or above. |

| | | This bill limits to 2 the number of students who can sit on | | one school bus seat if the students are in the 6th grade or | | above. |
