Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7112 is enacted to read:

§7112.__Voluntary contribution to Hunters for the Hungry Program

The commissioner shall develop a hunting permit form that allows hunting license applicants to voluntarily contribute an additional $1 to be applied toward the Hunters for the Hungry Program established in section 7481.__All fees collected under this section accrue to the Hunters for the Hungry Program.

SUMMARY

This bill establishes the system whereby hunting license applicants may voluntarily contribute $1 to be applied toward the Hunters for the Hungry Program.
