Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7001, sub-§15, as enacted by PL 1979, c. 420, §1, is amended to read:

15. Hunt. To "hunt" means to hunt for, pursue, molest, shoot, catch, take, kill, or wound or destroy wild animals and or wild birds or to attempt to catch, kill or wound wild animals or wild birds.

SUMMARY

This bill changes the definition of hunting.
