| | | Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §15613, sub-§18 is enacted to read: |

| | | 18.__Out-of-district placement costs.__Notwithstanding | | subsection 17 and section 15612, the state share of out-of- | | district placement funding is 75% of the actual cost of the | | placements. |

| | | This bill increases the state share of out-of-district | | placements to 75% of the actual cost of the placements. |
