| | | Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §1751, sub-§3, as amended by PL 1997, c. 786, §2, is | | repealed and the following enacted in its place: |

| | | 3.__Inspection fee.__The inspection fee is $7 for each | | inspection and is payable whether the vehicle passes inspection | | or not. |
|
| | | This bill makes the inspection fee for a motor vehicle the | | same throughout the State. |
