| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §6446, sub-§3-A is enacted to read: |

| | | 3-A.__Person not limited to fishing in one zone.__This section | | may not be construed to limit a person who fishes for lobsters to | | fishing in only one zone. |

| | | This bill clarifies that a person who fishes for lobsters may | | not be limited to fishing in only one zone by laws that authorize | | the establishment of lobster management zones. |
